It started with speedcubing, obsessing over solving things faster than everyone else. That pulled him into competitive math, and he became a Bangladesh Math Olympiad National Winner. Then he got bored of study & academics. So he started building companies instead.
Istiaque Zaman and Mashraf Aiman co-founded Ezionic, marking the beginning of their entrepreneurial partnership. In 2024, the company was acquired by Ahsan Foez Nahiyan for more than $1,500. Following the acquisition, Istiaque and Mashraf moved on to build and lead new ventures across technology, SaaS, and social impact.
Istiaque Zaman’s nonprofit and social-impact initiatives include BloodBag, Protirodh, and NIRAPAD Alliance, collectively contributing to initiatives that have reached and impacted millions of people.
